Happy Librarian...

Let me put some sugar and cream in your tea (that's how I like it anyway). :)

I too have a full time job... I have my own small business as pretty much a one man(woman) ad agency. I primarily do graphics (thank goodness... as that is so very easy), and can pretty much everything else when I have to. I guess all the hard work from my earlier time at this has brought me to this point where my job is something many others wish they had. I can make my own hours, watch hulu, HBO, CNBC, netflix, whatever, while I work (unless I have to write something, like this), while I work.

And I am no expert in science either... my brain slowly starts to shut down when I start reading these papers that are posted here, especially if I read it on the computer. I'm the type that it's better for me when it's printed out, and I can take my colored highlighter and start marking it up. Of course, after a bit, since this is usually at night before I go to sleep, it falls on my face, waking me up so I know to turn the light out!

But because I keep up with all the posts, and do a considerable amount of research on this one company... I actually do comprehend more than I guess most do about what is being discussed. And fortunately for me, others who are more versed on the science, and are better at the science, have taken the time to help drag me along with them.

So when it comes to NWBO, and only NWBO, I feel like I have a fairly good handle on what's going on, both on our boards and with our posters, as well as with the science, the trials and their patients.

And all that said, my last science course was quite a bit longer ago than yours was. And I was not particularly great at it. The courses I was best in were theory and methods courses which I took in my masters program for American Studies. For some reason, I was good at looking at history and culture through those particular lenses.
