Why do you think Rohan would want to do that? He's the one who set up the license agreement that way in the first place! He's the one who first was going to let JAMN do the farming on the land, then decided that he wanted more of that profit himself! He's even selling coffee directly to customers rather than having JAMN sell the coffee.

You know that JAMN has some pretty serious cash flow problems right now. Instead of putting cash into JAMN and growing that business, Rohan has been opening cafes halfway around the world. Doesn't that strike you as a little odd?
