Understand I can post anything about TMMI/DFI that is public information. I am NOT restricted because of this lawsuit (1st Amendment). My name and my company’s name have been dragged through the dirt, so I have a right to post public information about TMMI/DFI and DFMI/Dimension in order for the truth to come out. I can give my opinion. This is a public board for all to read. When someone posts an email from a TMMI director, then what is stopping that director from posting or, for that matter me? TMMI’s director is claiming they are not hindered by this lawsuit, so does that mean there are no damages? And if they have retired the PVS/SGI code and are not using it, but that is what they are suing me for, why are they suing me???? I don’t understand why they sued in the first place. Read their 3rd amended claim on our website.

Someone now answer this question for me. Why did TMMI sue me and the other defendants personally ?????
