Actually, that was yesterday where the deal fell through. Supposedly it is real today:

CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that Brandon Finnegan and John Lamb could be traded to the Reds in the Johnny Cueto deal.
All 21 of Finnegan's appearances with the Royals have come as a reliever, but the Reds would use him as a starter and could immediately stick him into their rotation. A first-round pick in 2014, the southpaw holds a 2.59 ERA and 31/14 K/BB ratio over 31 1/3 big league innings. Lamb is a former top prospect who has experienced a resurgence in 2015, putting up a 2.67 ERA with a strikeout per frame at Triple-A Omaha.
