I will not say you're wrong that this may "eventually" become the trailer (although I doubt it), since no one here knows what the true plan is that "Grindstone" has for the USA. But I can tell you without any question and as a fact. That IF this movie is ever released in the USA into theaters (instead of direct to DVD/Streaming), it will be in limited theaters (very limited) and released exclusively through Grindstone and NOT Lionsgate. That you can read about in the official news releases posted months ago. Information on the very limited theaters, (known as select locations) may also be found if you care to research it a bit. I literally spent hours on that to trace each one, and while it is very time consuming. It can be done. GLTY $MHYS
