UAMM is another penny stock scam where "Eric Brown" served as CFO until recently - allegedly he has recently resigned. Like WDRP, UAMM's pps is in freefall.

Galactus Global's CEO, one Robert Gross (nominative determinism writ large, no doubt),is also CEO, Secretary and Treasurer of Infrared Magnetism, Inc.

Looks like one of these situations where company management prretend to lend the company money - through another entity they control - in exchange for shares, as a method of siphoning any cash that might ever appear on the books.
