You are truly ignorant, aren't you? Do you think Intel is limited by any kind of raw material when it comes to manufacturing a given kind of CPU? No!

All they need to do is push a button and load a different set of masks, and they can manufacture any product they want. If they wanted to do a 100% conversion overnight, they could. It's all about the amount of risk they are willing to incur early in the cycle of a new product.
