Some things stated he could prove to be correct but not ALL of them!

He still committed defamation, libel or whatever you would like to call it and that is why Saleen and the CEO are doing this.

Its pretty cut and dry.

1. Company is a scam - not able to be proven
2. Being investigated by the sec - not able to be proven
3. Is a ponzi - not able to be proven

So just those 3 alone even if you get rid of the however many other false statements that were made he is guilt of defamation and or libel.
