There is no HMMMM or conspiracy on this. The Bloomberg biography is incorrect. They mixed two biographies, period, end of story, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Someone who updated it f***ed up. Spectacular fail.

This has been addressed during the formation of the Equity Committee.

Anyone who owns escrow should know this because it WAS a big deal (keyword: WAS, past tense).

Michael Willingham - from Houston, Mirant and Calpine - Our Willingham. What Willingham did for equity holders during the Mirant reorganization is one if not the leading reason why we have/had high hopes for him.
