Use the PCSK9's to lower LDL and Vascepa to lower Tg's and inflammation
BUT REGN wants $14,000 a yr for their PCSK9 so providers will want patients to try max dose generic Statins before approving a PCSK9.

For those who are Statin intolerant , providers will want you to at least try your low dose Livalo first and then see if you can handle a higher dose.

You may think this is the best drug ( I assume CV drug ) in 20 yrs BUT if 10m patients suddenly start asking for it , expect a huge push back by insurance providers.
