Well, last April I went and saw Morris speak at this Advanced Manufacturing show in Florence KY and did a whole big write-up about it. (I don't have a paid membership so can't search/pull up my own post, though someone else can...) but in his slide show he was talking about how GE is pioneering this stuff and actually redesigning parts specifically for AM- like they redesigned one of their turbine parts to where it no longer has a mess of 'spaghetti' like tubes with a fabricated exterior, but a streamlined interior structure with solid, additively manufactured metal construction that can only be made through the AM process. It was pretty cool. [He also had a picture of Print Rite when discussing Quality Assurance, WITH the In-Process Quality Assurance heading, as this was before Mark and Witty started defending their registered trademark…] :)
