Yes he is and he will get exactly what a troll deserves!

He thinks he will win this LOL. The 1 1/2" think binder says otherwise!

He has called it a scam, pump and dump etc!

He has even posted several articles or so called articles pretty much bashing the company and the stock!

I hope he has to sell assets to fight his case and people STOP funding him because he should fight it himself.
