A key part of the July 20 PR: Wayfair will market, sell and collect payments from their customers and remit payments to FFC&T.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/tesoro-enterprises-inc-announces-gone-163500108.html

Questions to ponder on the potential value to TSNP of the Wayfair agreement:

1. If Wayfair is assuming the risks and expenses associated with marketing, selling, revenue collection and remittance cash flows, does this make this agreement a low risk deal for TSNP?

2. Why is Wayfair assuming all of these risks given TSNP's small size?

3. Is this agreement almost pure profit for TSNP acting as the middle man?

4. Why would a $3.2 billion NYSE company that is selective and diligent in who it deals with be interested in small triple zero TSNP and assume all of the risks presented in #1 above? Could it be the unique products that will fill a market niche that Wayfair does not have fulfilled where it sees upcoming demand?

5. Why did TSNP put this statement in their June 19/15 update?

((Aside, what Wayfair ($3 billion revenue company) considers significant has a much different impact on TEI.))
