This deal/fiasco is going to be so enormous that those in the know had to keep this EXTREMELY close to the vest for fear of insider trading allegations. When the billions are revealed you know the SEC will scrutinize this more than any other deal in history.
Remember, Dimon and Obama are best of buddies. Mike,Gene, and the folks need to be very careful. wouldn't surprise me that when they have meetings they have the room checked for bugs first.
