yep that is exactly how I have been looking at all this...in the PR ..I believe Telepoint said they look forward to a long and lasting relationship...again..wouldn't we be a competitor to them if we really got our feet under us as a company and no longer required Telepoints services?..
and the relationship is mutually beneficial ...they wan't our in on the political side..we need there call center setups...
Would they buy us for a million or 2 ..if the payout down the road could be in the 10's or hundreds of millions like Infocision...I would like to think so..either way..buyout or merger shareholders here win big.. this whole thing just feels funny...can't say I have ever seen a company stop giving investors updates on current events because the previous years financials were late...just feels like something else is afoot..
