Yes, we have heard the exact same story for the past 3 months. Then a new CD that nobody was even aware of started converting 100's of millions of shares.

Who is to say that there won't be another CD next week that nobody has heard of, Brian will not publicly answer these questions on the CD's. He's as transparent as concrete.
