Brian can you confirm the following for everybody Publicly as you have been less than clear on CD conversions in the past. I'm not sure if it was deliberately misleading or not on your part to omit informing investors about this new large CD that is now converting with over 200 million shares.

There is only one CD currently converting ?
There are no more CD's that will convert before September ?
There is only two CD's to convert in September but these will be bought back before they hit the market ?
