Wanted to write this better. Here it is TPAC family

Its an insider who ponied up the cash. He's protecting his investment as he knows this note will wreak havoc to the pps. He already has millions of shares so he is protecting his investment and gets more shares in return (lucky guy, gunna be super rich). The note bought out this way is huge value for shareholders and a vote of confidence that insiders believe this will fly. Why else would he buy this note out :) $$$

Theres no way to go but up because there will be no reverse split. No more toxic debt = no reverse splits. HUGEHUGEHUGEHUGEHUGE.

Just think about what the acquisitions will do for TPAC...I'm drooling.

Listen to the conference call please investors if you haven't.

Accumulate as much as you can imo.
