BBDA announced a buyback not long ago.
And then management quickly added a ton more shares.

BBDA IR Ken Fletcher gave this as an explanation:

Ken Fletcher Generally you get what you think. I have a lot of friends and family that have stock. As stated our plan has always been to buy back stock. I also understand the last buy back was pointless with the increase. The increase was needed to leverage some things we have in the works.

Not the first time they've done a bait an switch "buyback".
