While I personally don't like the share issuance (and don't understand why they did not just use Fortress money), the good news is that the date was only extended until October and thus the inference can be made that they expect to have a revenue event before then (that can be used to pay off the balance).

Also, a bit of actual good news. It appears that we have a new institutional investor (per Bloomberg):

313,800 in the Royce Low-Priced Stock Fund
166,330 in the Royce Capital Fund Micro-Cap Portfolio

Does anyone know anything about Royce? Reputable fund?
