I'm reading the original note - it did NOT bear interest, but now all outstanding indebtedness will bear interest, plus the additional 200k shares. They couldn't pay it off with Fortress money? The entire note was only $9 mln, where they had to pay $1 mln each month. So, what's the remaining balance, I wonder?

I'd like to hear anyone put a positive spin on this. Six months ago, somebody would have said "But on the interview, Doug's tone was so optimistic." Daily PRs before this announcement? Ouch.
