KBM has a $64k note we couldn't make a deal happen with and it's converted hard the past few days.



I'm sure you were offering in excess of 100K$ for this, that is if you actually wanted an offer to be accepted. Why are you not sitting on a bid at .0006 with this money picking up 160 million shares as they convert and let them finish instead of your retail shareholders picking up the tab ????????????????????????????
