That July 11 Keener note is almost done IMO. Last note until mid-September.

If that $59K Keener note is converting at 65% of the $0.0005 20-day low, then the conversion price will be $0.000325, which means about 182M shares.

If the conversion is at 60%, then 197M shares.

We've probably seen less than 70M shares converted over the past two weeks, which translates to less than $23K of the $59K total.

Leaving approximately $37K still to convert.
