Postyle there are 2 public documents filed yesterday supportive of the IDCC FRAND position and injunction issuance. One from 2 FTC commissioners and the 2nd from a private individual who runs a company dealing with FRAND and licensing.

Also all the parties have submitted their reply briefs which were due to be filed on the 2oth. However, they are all confidential filings at this time.
