Is it really that Linda has both hats on CEO and CFO? Or is it just farmed out to an accounting firm?

I remember this being discussed in length on this board for the past years. I believe RKmatters brought up the point that many small companies farm out much of their accounting and CFO responsibilities. It is a common practice. I work for a fairly large engineering firm and we have no CFO, the responsibilities are farmed out to an accounting firm. I think the point of no CFO is mute at this time but will certainly become an issue as the size of the company grows into next year. Once you start production on an approved GBM vaccine, I believe there is no getting around having all of the administrative staff in place.
