Thanks Mattd- But more importantly, I have had many hours of dealing with the SEC from both sides of the table to include expert testimony for two days where I discovered the CEO had ripped off shareholders. What he did wasn't even close to what these guys did. It took a while, but not only was he banned from being involved in public companies, but he ultimately went to jail as well.
