If this wall at the ask was institutional selling (notes) they would of just hid it with VFIN at 10,000 like they were doing before. Why show their hand? Because it's not notes. My personal opinion is shorts need to keep the price down so they put up a ridiculous wall knowing it will scare shareholders. As we see by today's end of the world theories.
