Mark,

Did FINRA get back to you on your letter concerning your conversation with them and what they said to you?

Any chance I could hear the taped FINRA conversation stating as soon as the form 10/audit is filed they would satisfy the form 211. If FINRA stated that, this is serious stuff. Being 9 months out from when you filed and still waiting on FINRA is completely ridiculous IMO. MIKP and their sharholders need to have closure here.
