The other notes weren't bought out. There would have been an 8k for them if that happened. Bill has confirmed that all those notes have been converted and sold into the market. So once this 8k hits we're debt free. TPAC is in a great position going forward.

Don't forget Bill has been meeting with investment bankers in China. I'm looking forward to that update as well. TPAC's balance sheet is clean now and we have funding now. No more toxic debt.
