LOL that is not true whatsoever.. IB has shares to short on $DNRG 3-4 times a day, typically in 500k blocks. Many other brokers have much more than that avail to short I just don't have accts with them so I don't know. There is no min to short stocks like this. Another person that is speaking about things that they know nothing about. Seems to be no shortage of wanna be knowitalls around here.. 20% fee to barrow shares? Wow.... Are you referring to margin? Fees? I have no clue honestly, you are on another playing field with those #'s and untruthful facts..
