Hi AZ. We all know from the OTS summary that seizure was based on (alleged) liquidity failures, not solvency failures...given this is true, why would any class be impaired?

The impairment theory has been offered many times (I believe LG gets origination credit), but that never made sense how both of these scenarios would be possible.
