Here is what I think. I think no one buys IDCC and the stock

will go over $200.00 a share. You can sell any part you want

over a $100.00. I strongly suggest for all of you who have the

patients to own rental property to buy foreclosed houses and

rehabilitate them and rent them to section 8 housing. Don't buy

any house you can't recover your full investment in 4 years or

less. Trust me there are plenty available just be patient. This

will give you a far greater return than any 3% and it is something

you can leave for your family. Teach them how to buy and renovate

and rent these houses. I fully intend on buying 2 every year

for 2 more years then 3 each year after that. My wife says

she don't want them and the headaches but she will love the

income. Houses give you a write off plus a damn good income.

I presently own 9 rental houses and 7 trailers. You get a bad

tenant you don't lose money you just may not make as much as

you can repair most any damage. Presently here in Tallahassee

you can rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath from $900.00 to a $1100.00 a

month. I bought a 1700 square foot 4 bedroom 2 bath house

for $30,000 and will spend no more than $13,000 rehabilitating

it and will rent it for $1,000.00 to $1150.00 starting out

asking for $1150.00 and can go as low as a $1,000.00 and will

have all my investment back in under 4 years.

I love IDCC but when you get my age finally a degree of

conservative becomes necessary. Stocks can make you a lot

or can lose you a lot, been on both sides of it. Property

is normally a sound investment. I pay cash for all I buy

so presently to get the same income I get from rental

property which doesn't include the write off I would have

to have 7 million dollars earning 2% a year and no write off.
