This is really funny! But why am I not laughing? Financing news and we're down big time...Time to get some money to my brokerage and get some more. (As long as there is no dilution...) You can pass judgment on me in a few months -- but not right now please.

Part of the problem is that Pan Atlantic is so opaque and ILCO's PR's are so poorly worded.

If what I believe is true (a big if) all that gobbledygook in the PR is actually referring to a huge, huge deal. Why they are not describing it, I do not know.

I suspect (well, I hope..I pray) that they will release more PR's detailing the specifics of the deals, and folks who are not following it as closely as me will see the discount at which it is currently trading...
