Canadian pleads guilty to US fraud charges in penny stock scheme

NEW YORK -- A Canadian man has pleaded guilty in a New York court to conspiring to commit wire fraud. The FBI says Sandy Winick pleaded guilty on Friday and faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
