You are just repeating yourself without addressing the main problem: I don't remember anyone claiming that Saleen couldn't or still can't keep their doors open if they keep issuing toxic debt. No one EVER said that Saleen couldn't stay open, and destroying shareholder value in the process, if they keep issuing more stock. Any company can do that. Literally. Address this: Saleen will close if they don't keep diluting shares. For one simple reason: Gross profit = $433,953 and Total operating expenses = $5,755,882 and I'm not even talking about interest expenses.
