FINRA does not give a rip about the "business" of Mike the Pike Productions. A good business, a bad business, a dumb business, a successful business, a terrible business.....they care not one wit. Nor do they care about how the business is run.

The ONLY thing they care about is publicly traded stock of MIKP and its adherence to securities laws.

So RR George Martin could sign over the exclusive worldwide rights to all of his stories to MTPP inc.and it would not influence FINRA one iota.

That is not how it works.
