Yes, I understand how it works. Companies usually already have submitted the plan and requested the hearing date by the time it is clear they won't make the initial 180 day timeframe.

This management team likes to string people along. They do not have their act together and have continuously shown they have no concept of important timeframes.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
