I agree, besides the hanging light which is easily fixed...get a ladder and a screwdriver and put it back on. The owner of it should have responsibility with that. If I am a large buisness owner and can get free energy it looks good to me. If people are so concerned over the look, email Brian on the Liberated Energy site and ask for pictures from the Boston install job.
