They just told everyone just a few days ago, that they don't have enough money to operate as of now. They said and I quote: our cash resources are insufficient to meet our current operating expense and production requirements and planned business objectives beyond the date of this Form 10-K filing without additional financing You can't value a company who says that like "any stock". Especially when when "additional financing" for them means stock dilution.
