Here will be a factual response to you.
I have been to Vegas law courts in that old crammed room with what 4 outdated computers and have looked at most everything i could have read with out going completely nuts with bordom.
The letters you read i also did but i came away with different understanding.Fair enough you are not a lawyer neither am i
How did those 29 people get the funds,humm sold tmmi shares while they pumped up the market and then those 29 without the consent or even knowledge of the 8000 shareholders hijacked the software.
DFI was doing work for TMMI not DFMI
We know there was no legal merger does this not bother you 4retire???
It does me because then the whole scam falls down right there like the judge was talking about all the addendum's that were being signed but the original being tmmi were never brought into the picture so were never aware this was happening .
Again this is for the lawyers
the agreement for development if it is thru Int royalties what is the big deal if that is the means that the programmers are being paid if this is in case the fact.
What is the issue with this.
If you are or not getting something from Dimension that's your deal and if you sleep well with this so be it but like i said if you stick to tmmi stuff i could care less about demented
