Just like most of the information you put on this board about TMMI, you have no idea of what you're talking about as to why I don't fully support TMMI. As I've told you numerous times, I've read most of the documents and that is why I have my opinion. I researched the 2001-2 case in Ventura and read the judge's decree in the settlement. You agreed with my summation on a post you put up on Raging Bull.

I've seen the Iterated lawyer's letter to the TMMI group in December '96. I questioned, not only the ethics, but the legality of TMMI buying that shell (DFI) by paying off only two of the 29+ original DFI shareholders (the benefactors were two of the old TMMI alumni). I can't believe that all of you righteous posters aren't bothered by that.

It's hard for me to fathom that no one is bothered by the agreement with Int'l Royalties and the apparent exclusive they have in our R&D and product development. I find it unfathomable that no one, except Bat is also concerned as to if we've parted ways with fractal technology (since we have a new proprietary algorithm).

For you to remark/post that I'm getting compensated from Dimension for my posts just shows your lack of reasoning and judgement.
