LLOLs Not really hard to understand,think about it....
That one share,that was a passage to some meeting must be more valuable than the few shares that are left with TMMI....
I mean it must be,right?.

Why else would someone continue to support both sides of the fence, unless there was compensation coming for a job well done supporting the defendants with all their support from those shady hazy daze of yesteryear coming IF the defendants could pull off some kind of rabbit out of the hat trick or a simple document showing the merger between DFI/DFMI ever did happen....

It's more like "Beyond Shadow of Doubt"
