Once the 8k hits, it'll show this is legit and the board members are willing to put up money for production. I'm fully expecting the acquisition and buyback to happen eventually.

8k will ease a lot of people's doubts regarding TPAC. It will be the first real thing TPAC has shown us. As far as what's to come (acquisitions, purchase orders), we know that takes time.
