Flipping a stock isn't dilution. It can be annoying when people are wanting the stock to go higher but until enough people smack the ask and move it out of the range flippers are willing to flip. We will continue to have this. Bill has already stated there is no dilution I know its a nifty word to toss around but it isn't occurring here.
