Wrong. If you understand the discussion of being long or short before a clinical presentation you'd get it.

Saying:

I'm staying w/ the logic that AVXL has a very solid uptrend in place, near 16 month highs with Clinical Data to be presented next week.



And saying:

I'd rather be flat than short. Being long is as risky as short but I'll take that w/ a small position. If I have to add on a massive gap up I'll do it. But I'm holding for now.

meaning, no one knows how the presentation will go. It was more a general statement regarding ANY bio/med stock. Going back to the trend though, gives a little indication of a potential positive on the results. That's just a guess too.

Don't worry, I know about the unlimited gains/loss on long/short. Been in this game quite a looooong while. But thanks for clarifying.
