My assessment is that the IR didn't know about this very small purchase order and still had the memory of tpac from before. She got fed up with ppl calling and sending emails so she said what she knew - which is nothing. She didn't get the word about this happening is my guess. Sending out emails like that without a signature in the afternoon seems like someone fed up with the Tpac questions.

My best guess as why it was a misunderstanding.
