Hood has a interests in all entities I believe still when Supurva and its subsidiary's Were PVT owned.

Now Supurva Health Care group only from that deal is comprised of the holding company which went from PVT Supurva to INC. Supurva, and onsite solutions. It is owned and operated with majority shares and voting rights by Danos. Hood, Global, Bright and a few others are very minor share holders, they have nothing what so ever to do with day to day operations. Danos also owned and operated LHPT which name changed to Supurva Healthcare Group INC. ALL OLD DEBTS AND LIABILITIES AND ASSETS ( most if not all assets disappeared though)of LHPT will ride for ever with the history of Supurva's long term finns.

I doubt hood is management in the Supurva Healthcare Group INC. or onsite, he just has a interests, a small interests in shares with little voting rights compared to Danos.

He may still be a manager with the 2-4 other subsidiary's we did not get, and of course he is of Global, and Global has many other interests besides Supurva's old Subsidiary's

And Hood in a round about way started his interest with LHPT. lOOK IN THE FILINGS UNDER WHO WAS GETTING SHARES, BET YOU WILL FIND A FEW COMMON NAMES hOOD IS INVOLVED WITH.And that was before the deal, so think this was in planning stages for a very long time.
