Hood is the management for all new entities. Arthur Hood had absolutely nothing to do with Light House or past management so I have no idea what you are even talking about on that one.

This is SPRV in case you didn't know it yet. It's called Supurva Healthcare Group, who was never managed by LightHouse or it's owners. It was owned and operated by Eddie Bright who was bought out and Supurva was acquired.

They never changed their name, It has ALWAYS been SUPURVA which they adopted the name of the acquired company. This was an acquisition not a random name change.

LHPT was simply the vessel for Supurva to become public. Having to use a used ticker to enter the market seriously sucks but we'll deal with it I guess.
