Also contrary to what some have claim, the share conversion from convertible notes is far from over:

had been converted into 355,303,951 shares of our Common
Stock. Based on the closing price of our stock as of July 13, 2015, the notes were convertible into approximately 314,000,000 shares of our
Common Stock.



So 355 million shares were converted and 314 million left AT CURRENT PRICE.

So barely half and we know the damage the first half did...
