fred, maybe I am wrong, but I am thinking( as I earlier stated) that the power shares(which are now 99m for saleen and his daughter) can be converted at 1000 common/ power share. I feel they need to have that reserve, whether he uses them or not, in the company share structure. Now maybe he will be converting them tomorrow, I doubt it, I think he just wants controlling interest, but he needs to have the conversion numbers in the authorized to be compliant..........
